Power to create opportunities

Abiliti is a registered charity and registered NDIS provider based in Preston, Victoria, established in 2021. We started Abiliti because we kept meeting people who were entitled to support, through the NDIS or My Aged Care, but had no idea where to start. Application forms, assessment criteria, evidence requirements: none of it is explained in plain language, and for people from CALD backgrounds, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, or older Australians navigating aged care for the first time, that gap can mean missing out on support altogether. So we built Abiliti around two things: NDIS support coordination, delivered as a registered NDIS provider once you have a plan in place, and Access Assistance, our free service helping people access NDIS and Support at Home support in the first place, no matter their background or how much they already understand about the system.
