About Abiliti Ltd Abiliti Ltd is a registered NDIS provider and ACNC-registered charity based in Preston, Victoria, supporting people living with disability, chronic pain, and homelessness. We started Abiliti because we saw gaps that weren't being filled people struggling with pain that medication couldn't touch, NDIS participants overwhelmed by the system, and people experiencing homelessness who needed more than a one-off handout. Our founder, Jeff Romans van Schaik, brings experience as a Project and Disability Sector Quality Managerna, Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, and Chronic Pain Magement Specialist including personal experience managing chronic pain, from cancer-related pain to neuropathy, and helping his late wife and others find relief when medication wasn't enough. That combination of hands-on project management and lived experience with pain is what shapes how we support the people who come to us: practically, compassionately, and with a genuine understanding of what they're going through.
